Conference interpreting requires special skills to process the incoming information immediately from the source language to the target language. This article shows the strategies and techniques used in the development of the conference interpreter's performance, including the extensive exercises and workshops. In addition, it clarifies how academics and interpreting professionals can help inexperienced interpreters become more competent and equipped to handle the most difficult tasks. The study also emphasizes the value of technology, such as computer-assisted interpretation, in interpreter training.
