Abstract
This article presents an attempt to establish a translation of the terms ‘swarming' and ‘Outsourcing' given that there is no equivalent to them in Arabic language. It is not easy to understand it by no specialist. This program has been applied in the two Algerian industrial enterprises since 1994, in researching in the documents of the enterprise and swarming legislation. It was found that the lack of Arabicization of these two terms, during the period of economic reforms in the nineties, prevented us from benefiting from the advantages of its applications, whether for the enterprise or workers. It has been used to imposing authoritarian hegemony. The lack of translation of the term contributed to the workers' lack of understanding of this legislation, which was later reflected negatively on the Swarmed small and medium enterprises.
